Hero Vida VX2 electric scooter teased.

Hero MotoCorp is all set to expand its electric two-wheeler portfolio with a new addition under its EV arm, Vida. The upcoming scooter, named Vida VX2, has been officially teased ahead of its launch on July 1. The model will be positioned as a more affordable alternative to the current Vida V2 range. Here’s a look at what we can expect from the upcoming model.

Hero Vida VX2: What to expect

Unlike the sharp and streamlined silhouettes of the V2 line-up, the VX2 opts for a family-oriented, conventional look aimed at appealing to a wider customer range. The model has already been spied, arriving at dealerships, revealing a handful of details. Some highlights include wraparound LED headlamp, flat seat design, and a smaller TFT display. While Hero has not revealed the full spec sheet yet, it’s expected that the VX2 will come with options for different battery sizes: reportedly 2.2kWh and 3.4kWh. The standard variant of the VX2 is likely to come with one removable battery, while the higher variant could get two batteries, offering a range of over 100 km. Inside, the VX2 is expected to use the same motor, frame, and electronic parts as the Vida V2.
